The space available for rent in Cumming, GA is a versatile and multipurpose open floorplan with 1900 SQFT of available space. Easy accessibility for clients and guests. The space boasts over 100 spots of free parking, making it convenient for attendees. WIFI is available. As the floorplan is open, it allows for versatile use, and you can easily set up the space to cater to your event's specific needs. The receptionist desk and small couch at the front provide a welcoming entrance to the space. There is a pool table for entertainment. multiple televisions, work desks/tables and plenty of seating. In the back room, there is a conference table that seats 8, refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig. Private restroom. This space can cater to various events such as corporate meetings, training sessions, photo or video shoots, art exhibitions, pop-up shops, and more. The possibilities are endless. Overall, the space is well-suited for those looking for a multipurpose space that can cater to their unique needs. No smoking is allowed in the building. 2. Food and drinks are allowed, but renters are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and disposing of any waste properly. 3. The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the property or any equipment during their rental period. 4. The renter is required to leave the space in the same condition as it was before the rental period began. 5. No illegal activities are allowed on the premises. 6. The space must be booked for a minimum of 2 hours, and renters are required to arrive and leave on time to ensure that the next renters are not delayed. Who's allowed in your space?All ages Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply guest with soap, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
